Q: How Did You Choose Your Topic?
I myself, am an artist and I saw that Art History was a topic for this project. I love researching and learning about art and information about art, as it can help me further my own techniques and actively analyze art pieces I see and the meaning behind them. - Danica
I chose this topic because it seemed the most interesting. I am interested in art and painting because I do some things myself. I wanted to learn more of the history behind it and see the beautiful paintings created in these different time periods. -Anabelle B

I conducted my research by deducting reliable sources, like .org sites and official biography sites for the artists. I also used history dedicated websites in order to conduct my research. - Danica

A website seemed easy to present all of the information in, and provide easy visuals along with, and also had a nice easy look on the eyes. - Danica

Q: How the Project Relates to the NHD Theme?
The Renaissance changed history, and it allowed us to use many techniques in art we would have never seen if it weren’t for the Renaissance. It also communicated the life of people during this time. - Danica
The renaissance time period changed history and affected the art we have today. The art produced or created in that time period can be shown today. Artists today can communicate with the past by inspirations or even techniques they use for their art. -Anabelle B
